Pioneer Property Services is a Land maintenance and development company built on a simple belief: when you take care of your people they take care of everything else.

We Specialize in high-quality landscape construction and maintenance, delivering clean, detailed work thats built to last- wether its a small improvement or a complete transfortion

Pioneer Property Services started with our founder Graham Farrington fulfilling property services requests for friends and family in high school. As his talent grew so did his ambition. A year after high school Graham found himself needing a challenge this desire to grow and love for heavy equipment inspired Graham to register his business with the state. At this point in early 2024 Graham’s only mission was to grow the business enough to justify a excavator for him self and the business of course.

What began as a dream of owning a machine quickly grew beyond material desires

By the second year of official business Graham had hired his first team members, and it became clear that this wasn't about the machines or projects-it was about the team.

To this day Graham continues to build excellence in his team and create opportunity for his team members.
